New Electrochlorination Projects
Optimum Water Technologies has the in-depth knowledge and experience to handle any new electrochlorination project with scope ranging from front-end engineering design (FEED) studies to full engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) turnkey projects.

Proposal Development
The process begins with a careful review of the technical and economic requirements of the project with the contractor and/or end-user to understand the unique opportunites and challenges. This can be in the form of a detailed client bid specification or a discussion with a member of our business development team. Depending upon the stage of project development, OWT will develop an initial budgetary proposal or a full technical and commercial proposal for capital approval by the client.

Optimum Water Technologies offers both plate cell technology and concentric tube electrode (CTE) self cleaning technology featuring its OPTIChlor™ famly of products for applications where acid cleaning is not practical.

Project Execution
Upon project award, the OWT project manager assumes full “ownership” of the project to ensure that engineering, procurement and manufacturing functions are carefully coordinated. Ultimately, the success of a project rests not only on meeting the technical specification, schedule and budget but also on meeting and exceeding the client’s expectations. OWT realizes these objectives by maintaining close communication with the client throughout the project life cycle.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Quality are the foundation of the OWT operating philosophy and part of the on-going commitment to our clients, employees and supply partners. Each project includes a documented Quality Plan to ensure that the HSE and quality standard is maintained throughout the project. Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP) are available to systematically identify deviations at the design stage.

Site Services
Once the equipment arrives at site, experienced OWT site engineers are available to provide guidance in installation, training, checkout, commissioning, and performance testing of the system. Our commitment to the client doesn’t stop at the completion of the project; this is where our service team takes over to maintain on-going contact with the client.
